Prices

All prices at Pure Cultures webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and
taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice.
We also reserve the right for sold-out items.

Payment

Pure Culture accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA
Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and Bank Transfer. Payment will
only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.

Order confirmation

When you receive an email from us with your order confirmation, please ensure that
it matches your order and that your contact details are correct. If you find
any errors in the order confirmation or wish to modify your order, please
contact Pure Culture immediately at kontakt@pureculture.dk.

Receiving your order

When you receive your items, please check that the package is undamaged. If there
are any damages, please contact Pure Culture immediately at kontakt@pureculture.dk.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@pureculture.dk with your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We do not accept returns on sale items.

Availability

We reserve the right for any errors, price changes, and sold-out or discontinued
products for any order. We strive to continuously update our stock status, but
errors may occur. If you have selected a product that is unfortunately out of
stock or discontinued, we will always contact you as soon as possible via phone
or email.

Delivery within Denmark

Pure Culture aims to ship orders placed before 12 PM on the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Your items will be shipped via PostNord or GLS.

Shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Delivery within Denmark

The shipping cost for delivery outside Denmark will be calculated at check out.
Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

We do not deliver internationally outside the EU, nor do we ship to Greenland
or the Faroe Islands.
Your items will be shipped via PostNord or GLS.

Note: If there is no space at
the designated pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest
available pickup point, and you will be notified accordingly. If any issues
arise, please contact customer service.
