Payment:
We accept payments via MobilePay, VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped.
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days.
We ship throughout Denmark with GLS or PostNord.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item.
To make a return, please contact us by email and return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Please note: Unique artworks and custom-made products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Buyer’s Rights and Complaint Policy:
You have a 2-year right of complaint under Danish law.
If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@pureculture.dk and include photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
